Repair system of conveyor belts with two-component polyurethane resin
DESCRIPTIONS: 
Repair system contains high-quality two-component polyurethane resin. The resin forms a 100% solid substance after application, no odor and is non-toxic. Designed for repair of rubber-textile conveyor belts and conveyor belts with PVC and PU coated. It has good chemical and abrasion resistance in most applications.
COMPOSITION:
The kit consists of a gun with two pistons and two cartridges (cartridges) of 200 ml (available and pneumatic systems for high volume - two cartridges of 600 ml). Special connectors provide a homogeneous mixture of two components of the resin. All items are available separately.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Roughing the surface:
When metal surfaces use appropriate disk grinding
At the surface of rubber, PVC and PU can be used thick wire brush. Do not operate at high speed as this can lead to burning rubber and adversely affects the subsequent bonding.
- Clean the surface:
Remove all traces of dust, dirt and oil just before placing the first layer.
Dry well - moisture can prevent the adhesion of the resin
- Priming:
recommended to be applied with a brush first layer of resin for a strong bonding

- Application of polyurethane resin:
Use a special gun to apply the resin (for deep lacerations need to apply several layers)
